Personal Training is a great way to help you get into shape whatever your goals may be. Whether you want to focus on fat loss, fitness or prepare for a sporting event, to have that individual attention is a must for some people to reach their goals.
Sessions can either be run in the privacy of your home or at a small local gym by arrangement. If you need help getting back into fitness or have a specific goal to work towards then why not consider some 1 to 1 training with Kate?
Sessions cost £20 for an hour for an individual or £15 each if more than 1 - maximum 3 people.
