Bootcamp In Lincoln

Due to the success of all our Bootcamps Katy is now offering the Kick-Start Bootcamp in January 2014 to help shift the festive excess!  So if you need a kick start to fat loss or just an increase in your fitness regime then book your place now! 
 
The Bootcamp will run as a 4 week programme.  During this time Katy will be your personal trainer; giving you the knowledge & motivation that you need to reach your own goals.  Classes will be run as a basic style circuit class with outdoor activities when weather permits.

Time & Place: Commencing Saturday 11th January 2014 through to Saturday 8th February 2014

Tuesday 7.30pm @ Holy Cross Church Hall, Skellingthorpe Road

Saturday 10am @ Lincoln RNA Club, Coulson Road 

   
Cost: £40 for the 4 week programme £20 non-refundable deposit on booking, remainder to be paid 2 weeks prior to commencement - if remainder not paid then you will lose your place & deposit!  Places are limited! Full refunds will only be given if you are unable to complete the course due to proven medical reasons - no other reason will be accepted!

Rules of Camp You must be willing to give the Bootcamp 100% - no time for excuses!
You must be willing to 'clean up' your diet - no following WW or SW diets!
You need to be committed to attend all sessions & complete all home workouts
You must have a positive attitude towards your fellow campers - no-one judges anyone else, it is not a competition!!
